My work is informed by both my in-depth, extensive professional training and my personal experience navigating hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal experience as a new mother. Through this journey, I developed a strong appreciation for how important it is for women to feel heard, understood and supported.
I offer a compassionate, empathetic and collaborative space for my clients, to help them feel empowered and able to make informed, realistic and sustainable changes that support their health and wellbeing.

I take a personalised approach to health and wellbeing, recognising that each individual’s history, symptoms, health concerns and circumstances differ.
When working together, we’ll explore your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle and goals. From there, we will develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to support your health realistically and sustainably. The key is to focus on changes that fit into your life, rather than rigid plans or quick fixes.

As a final year BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy student, and a fully insured Nutrition Advisor, I practise within a clear professional and ethical framework. I work within my scope of practice and, where appropriate, may refer clients to other healthcare professionals to ensure the most appropriate care is received.
